The baking area is 60,000 square feet and the office is on a 5,000 square foot mezzanine. The shipping area contains 21 truck bays, of which three are used for tractor-trailers.
The design concept was developed around the bakery operation. Raw materials are delivered with larger trucks, and then finished products are distributed to costuming with small vans. The building was designed as a steel frame structure with a skin of split face block with complimentary banding.
