Studio 5 Partnership, as the project architects for the overall design and development of this 84 acre site located in Yonkers, NY adjacent to the NYS Thruway, has been responsible for the planning and coordination of all components of this 'lifestyle center'.

Working closely with the Owner and Yonkers officials as well as other members of the design team, Studio 5 has planned and developed 1.3 million square feet of national merchant retail with 7,000 parking spaces, 5,000 of which are located in parking garages spaced at intervals across the project.

The design is intended to promote a village-like atmosphere but with a contemporary feel through the use of a variety of materials to add texture and liveliness to the streetscape and public areas.
