The 160,000 square foot retail centeris comprised of two buildings separated by over 100 feet.
Building A, a three story, 25,000 square foot single tenant retail building, abuts the plaza for the Adam Clayton Powel State Office Building. Building B will be a three story plus basement multi-tenant facility with floor plates of 30,000 square feet each.
The design team coordinated the efforts of the tenants and their architects, to complete the landlord required construction and assist the tenants to complete their portion of the work. The project was designed to accommodate an office overbuild of 200,000 square feet. The facade will blend materials and patterns that reflect the vibrancy and character of the neighborhood.
The project was developed as a joint venture with Forest City Ratner Company and Abyssinian Development Corporation.
