As Associate Architects with Schier & Lesser architectural studio, Studio 5 helped complete design and construction documents for the 4 story, 89,700 square foot, 234 bed facility. It includes 20 parking spaces and 7,100 square feet of retail and features a B&N bookstore as well as a café.
The state of the art facility, anticipated to achieve a LEED© Silver rating, will offer students suite living with each suite featuring cook in kitchens and a mix of 8, 4 and 1 person suites. It will offer the diverse campus student body in building health club, computer lab, game room, study centers, a cinema, lounges, laundries and a rooftop garden for outdoor student life activities.

The cast in place concrete structure is faced with brick and EIFS elements that articulate the facade to blend with the campus. The interiors feature materials that were selected to reflect the holistic design and uses recycled materials..
