Studio 5 Partnership Architects/Planners, LLC, a certified Minority (Hispanic) Women-owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise

Studio 5 Partnership Architects/Planners LLC is pleased to announce that we are now a certified Minority (Hispanic) Women-owned Business Enterprise and a DBE. Over the course of our successful 19 years in business, we saw three Partner retirements but also witnessed our strong women leaders step up to the plate. In January 2024, Josephine Arroyo Coleman has become the majority owner and Managing Partner.

Sweeping Curves at the Crossings

Our project at the intersection of Southern Boulevard and Hunts Point Avenue is nearing completion. It is scheduled for its Grand Opening at the end of June 2016 and represents the work of many firms and people to bring it to its successful completion. Working with owner’s Prusik Group and the Blumenfeld Development Group, the project is a two story commercial structure of approximately 40,000 square feet.
