Our project at the intersection of Southern Boulevard and Hunts Point Avenue is nearing completion. It is scheduled for its Grand Opening at the end of June 2016 and represents the work of many firms and people to bring it to its successful completion. Working with owner’s Prusik Group and the Blumenfeld Development Group, the project is a two story commercial structure of approximately 40,000 square feet.
The metal clad exterior with slate column covers represents an exciting invigoration of the Southern Boulevard shopping corridor and will afford the neighborhood new opportunities for national and local brand retailers to serve the community.
The unusually shaped building sits on the corner of Hunts Point Avenue, Southern and Bruckner Boulevards and provides a sweeping curved face to highlight and anchor the neighborhood.
