Bergen Town Center, Paramus, New Jersey
Studio 5 Partnership was commissioned to provide architectural design and construction documents for a free standing 12,000 SF single tenant retail building.
The Ulta Cosmetics Company is a National brand expanding into the NJ area. Studio 5 Partnership has been given design flexibility to create a design that blends the Ulta Prototype with the style of the current mall renovation.
Responsibilities included the design of the building shell consisting of slab on grade, steel frame structure with a metal stud façade system and a flat roof. In addition Studio 5 Partnership provided the coordination and direction of the Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineers to provide a “Warm, Dark Shell” for future tenant fit-up.
This building composes part of Vornado’s overall renovation of the Bergen Mall in Paramus/Maywood NJ, opening as “Bergen Town Center” in 2009.
