Studio 5 Partnership worked with the committee for this Church on the conceptual design and Planning Board submission for renovation of their newly acquired building.
Through adaptive re-use of an existing health club facility, Studio 5 was able to re-purpose the racquetball courts with their hardwood floors and full height glass walls for multi-purpose meeting rooms, youth activities and special events.
Creative space planning of the existing building has enabled the church to reduce cost estimates of the anticipated building improvements.
