The Timberline section of The Hamlets, with its Clubhouse and private pool, are among the most commercially successful units in the area. Eventually, The Hamlets would expand to 1,200 units in total.
Timberline's Architectural amenities include large, two story Family Rooms, two-car garages, cathedral ceilings in some Master Bedrooms and various Architectural details throughout. Additional amenities include greenhouse windows in some of the Kitchens, balconies and private patios, as well as extensive landscaping. The client wanted to develop a rich variety of units and variations to eliminate the look of repetition in both roofline as well as building massing. The result was that the Timberline units sold out quicker than projections and continues to enjoy its prestige to this day.
