Studio 5 Partnership Architects/Planners LLC is pleased to announce that we are now a certified Minority (Hispanic) Women-owned Business Enterprise and a DBE. Over the course of our successful 19 years in business, we saw three Partner retirements but also witnessed our strong women leaders step up to the plate. In January 2024, Josephine Arroyo Coleman has become the majority owner and Managing Partner. Her Hispanic background qualified Studio 5 to add MBE and DBE to their existing WBE and SBE certifications. We now proudly hold MWBE certifications in New Jersey, New York State*, New York City* and with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, in addition to DBE certification through UCP.
