A graduate of NJIT dubbed "the human dynamo," Josie’s experience runs the gamut from public to private, from government to retail, from adaptive reuse to new design — you name it.

A member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Josie shepherded the firm’s first LEED Silver project. She has also been instrumental in the implementation of Studio 5’s BIM and Revit capabilities.

Just as her love of the environment keep her constantly expanding her knowledge of the latest green building practices, her passion for equitable design has made her a leader in accessibility. Whether it’s co-authoring Supplemental Accessibility Requirements for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, or being tapped as an expert witness on ADA cases, Josie’s expansive experience in accessible design lives up to every challenge.

Josie’s infectious energy comes from loving what she does and knowing her work makes a difference — for her clients, the community, and future generations.

In January 2024, Josie became the majority owner and Managing Partner solidifying her as an indomitable new leader for the firm and ensuring its continued success and future growth.
